Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Opens New Miami Hotel

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants opens its newest oceanfront hotel in Miami, the Surfcomber, on Dec. 1. Following a top-to-bottom renovation of this South Beach spot, the new Surfcomber will offer guests a playful escape.

The new Surfcomber will join Kimpton’s two other Florida hotels, the EPIC in downtown Miami, and the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa.

Surfcomber’s new design-driven spaces marry the eclectic style of European Bohemia with a down home American front porch appeal. Surfcomber sits on the Atlantic Ocean’s edge along 200 feet of oceanfront property in the heart of the Art Deco District. Enjoy the hotel’s heated pool and expansive outdoor deck surrounded by cabanas. The hotel has186 guest rooms and featured bath products by European fashion designer, Etro.

As with other Kimpton hotels, Surfcomber is also pet-friendly, welcoming four-legged guests and providing them with their own services and amenities upon registration at no extra cost, including VIP (Very Important Pet) amenity; pet bowl and pet bed. For guests traveling alone, Kimpton’s Guppy Love Program at Surfcomber offers guests the opportunity to request a live goldfish – fed and cared for by the hotel staff - to stay overnight in their guestroom.

Surfcomber guests can also take advantage of  the hotel’s 24-hour in room dining, 24-hour on-site business center, concierge service, same day laundry and dry cleaning service, and 24-hour valet service.
