Langham Hotels International is broadening its horizons in China in the next coming years with the opening of The Langham, Shenzhen. Located in Futian, the city's new business and commercial district, the 352-room property will debut in 2012.
The hotel will be a part of the Shenzhen East Pacific International Center, comprised of apartments, luxury retail and commercial space. Many of the hotel's rooms will offer sweeping views of Shenzhen Bay.
Dining and entertainment options will include Palm Court, T'ang Court and a cozy bar with a wine cellar and open fireplaces. A rooftop Star Ballroom (with its own VIP elevators) will also be available to guests, also with views of the bay. The five-star property will also include a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a Chuan Spa.
