Langham's New Property in Ningbo

Langham Hotels International is gearing up to open a new property in Ningbo, China with a focus on the arts. The Langham Place, Ningbo Culture Plaza is two hours from Shanghai, located in a city known for its crossings of artistic cultures.

The Ningbo Culture Plaza is set to debt in late 2011 and will be comprised of 140 rooms including seven suites. With a strong emphasis on the arts, the hotel will act as an art gallery, hosting a curated collection of local art pieces. It will also become a hub for the city's art functions and other events.

Three dining concepts will be available to guests, including Ming Court for local dishes, as well as an all-day dining restaurant and a specialty restaurant and bar.

The company's signature Portal - Work & Play will also be introduced at the property, which will be used for both business connectivity during the day and DJ-spun music at night. Guests can also unwind at the signature Chuan Spa.
