Following Hurricane Odile this past September, The Resort at Pedregal opened this past Saturday, and its 66 rooms and suites, along with 22 villas, are now open and accepting reservations.
"After four months of restoration, with hard work and dedication from our outstanding staff, we are excited to re-introduce the property to guests and further elevate our status as the number one resort in Mexico," said Carlos Blanco the newly appointed general manager.
With the opening comes the debut of the Champagne Terrace, where guests can enjoy tastings of champagne and cheese while taking in views of the Pacific Ocean. The culinary program has also introduced a new menu of Baja-inspired dishes. And that’s not all; the spa and fitness center has also been given a slight facelift, offering more treatments inspired by indigenous healing techniques.
