Myanmar (Burma), the land of a million pagodas, is experiencing a surge in visitor arrivals, according to Asia Transpacific Journeys.
Thanks in part to the release of Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi in November 2010, many travelers are now expressing comfort and desire with regard to travel in Myanmar. The company is reporting that bookings have almost tripled year over year.
