Carnival Cruise Lines has launched a new Travel Agent Rewards Program, which allows travel partners to register and redeem points for a variety of actions completed through the line’s travel agent portal, GoCCL.com, or their GDS. The line has timed the program’s launch to coincide with “Wave Season” to help agents maximize their points earned, the company reports.
Points are redeemable for a variety of Carnival-branded logo items, gift cards, or Apple iPads. Actions that are eligible for earning points include:
Creation of new online bookings
Booking groups online
Making online payments
Servicing existing bookings using Carnival’s online tools
Completing CCLU (Carnival Cruise Lines University) training on GoCCL.com
Attending various events including ship visits, FAMS and more
