If you book a lot of sports-themed trips for your clients, here's a name to know in Hawaii: Milton Lafitaga has been promoted to senior sales manager – sports/groups sales for Outrigger Enterprises Group. In his new role, Lafitaga will be responsible for creating sales and marketing strategies and implementing sales action plans targeted to develop the sports and groups market, with an emphasis on sports travel.
Lafitaga, an industry veteran with more than 12 years of experience, joins Outrigger’s corporate office from his most recent post as product manager for Embassy Suites - Waikiki Beach Walk, an Outrigger-managed hotel, where he handled the wholesale and corporate markets, as well as travel agent relationships for the past four years.
Lafitaga is an alumnus of Brigham Young University and Windward Community College.
