Pacific World has announced the appointment of Ruby Serra to the position of director of global sales, North America.
Serra has more than 25 years experience in the Business Events industry, working for the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau as well as Destination Asia.
Harsha Krishnan, strategic development director at Pacific World, said, “Ruby joining Pacific World is fantastic news as we are deploying globally the first truly global solution for clients in the destination and event management space, together with our alliance partner ACCESS Destination Services. To enable this new phase of development, Pacific World has decided to end the commercial cooperation with World Marketing Group from January 1, 2015.
