Adding to the recent media attention, the Washington Business Journal reported on the joint venture between Pebblebrook Hotel Trust and Denihan Hospitality Group.
Under the agreement, Pebblebrook will acquire a 49 percent stake in six of Denihan’s upscale Manhattan properties for $152 million.
