Concorde Hotels & Resorts Announces New Global Sales Team

Concorde Hotels & Resorts has recently appointed a new Global Sales Team of four to oversee the hotel group’s sales initiatives worldwide.

Oliver Daurat, Global Sales Manager, previously held sales and operations positions within the Group and at Hotel Concorde La Fayette. He now will manage the international sales offices in France, the U.S., Japan, the UK, Russia and Spain. In addition, he will also represent the Group in Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Australia, as well as manage a team of 33 sales agents and more than a thousand accounts. Daurat graduated from the Tourism School of Sofia Antipolis in Nice.

As the new Sales Manager for the Middle East and the Embassies, Roger Saad will be tasked with managing the development of all the Middle-Eastern market segments. Saad has an extensive background in sales, which stems from his previous positions as sales executive of corporate and leisure segments and Deputy Sales Manager at the Hotel Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria in the United Emirates.  He also served as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Diplomatic Club in Qatar. Saad has a Masters of Tourism, Catering and Hotel Management.

Gaëlle Grelat, who recently served as sales and marketing manager at Hotel du Louvre, will now be responsible for developing business for all the Group’s hotels in France as the Major Accounts Manager. In addition, she will oversee the management of the Group’s key customers in the petrochemical, energy and laboratories’ sectors. Grelat graduated from the ESG Business School with a Masters in Hotel Management and Tourism.

Anne-Sophie Diligent, the director of key accounts will manage and develop the day-to-day portfolio of Parisian agencies in the meetings/groups industry, primarily for the owned hotels of the Group in the South of France (Villa Massalia in Marseille, Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice, Hotel Martinez in Cannes). Diligent has a Masters in Hotel and Tourism Management as well as in International Business. She also has Senior Engineer Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
