Compiled annually through the IFA’s Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative (VetFran), the “Leading Franchises Among Veterans” list resulted from a survey to several hundred franchise organizations regarding their involvement with the 1,500 veterans who have purchased small business franchisees since 2002. VetFran was created to help veterans transition to civilian life and encourages franchise ownership by offering financial incentives to honorably discharged veterans.
