HAL Makes Clean Sweep at AAA

Sweeping all voting categories, Holland America Line was named American Automobile Association (AAA) Partner of the Year in the cruise division for 2005. The premium line garnered top marks in all sub-categories, including best in marketing, service, product, sales support and overall satisfaction. This is the first time since AAA has presented its national Partner of the Year awards that any cruise line has swept all the categories, according to Sandra Hughes, CTIE, vice president, travel, AAA National.
