Insight Vacations has appointed Phil Cappelli as its new Vice President of Sales Development & National Accounts. In this role, Cappelli will be responsible for all national and top accounts as well as working with travel agents to grow and expand their Insight and escorted tour business.
Cappelli will be based in Insight’s corporate headquarters, which are located in Rye, NY. He possesses more than 15 years of travel industry experience, where the majority of his career was spent with Tauck, starting as a supervisor in the Tauck reservations department in 1998, having worked his way up to most recently holding the position of Director of North American Sales.
