SeaDream Yacht Club has named Claude Girard as the line’s new sales director for the USA Northeast.
Girard moved to the United States from France in 1986, and has since held several travel related positions in various industries. For ten years he was with American Express Travel, he also spent a decade as Travel Director at Condé Nast publications. Most recently he was with Quark, Zegrahm and International Expeditions.
Girard’s region includes New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. He speaks French and will also handle SeaDream sales in Quebec.
Girard is actively involved with the Fondation J’Aime Haiti (I Love Haiti Foundation). In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, skydiving and he holds a master black belt in judo.
