Yoram Elgrabli Appointed EL AL Israel Airline’s Managing Director

EL AL Israel Airlines has announced Yoram Elgrabli will be the airline's new managing director of North and Central America

In his new role, Elgrabli will oversee all operations for the airline’s largest and most important region outside of Israel. With over 25 years’ experience in finance, sales and operations, Elgrabli brings “strong leadership skills as well as extensive global experience and expertise in the aviation industry,” according to EL AL.

Most recently, Elgrabi has served as managing director for Western Europe, overseeing the airline in France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Hungry, and Czechoslovakia

Additional management roles held by Elgrabli while based at the EL AL head office in Israel include serving as chief of staff of the global commercial and sales division.

He is a former tank commander in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), and will be based in the EL AL North American headquarters in New York City.
