Report: Western U.S. Continues to Brace for Thanksgiving Snow (VIDEO)

In its latest Thanksgiving travel forecast Accuweather reports that a storm is set to bring rain and snow to the Northwestern United States this Thanksgiving. The storm system is forecast to move south along the West Coast Tuesday before heading east across the Rocky Mountains through Thanksgiving Day. 

The Interstate 5 corridor from Seattle to Portland will see rain on Tuesday, and the Oregon Cascades, Bitterroot Mountains in Idaho, western Montana and the Sierra Nevada will all see significant snowfall. The current forecast does not currently include snow at major airports. 

Accuweather is also forecasting rain and snow across the central U.S., with warmer weather to the east
