32,000 Hotels Enrolled in CCRA Hotel Program

CCRA Travel Solutions reported a record-high 32,000 hotels have enrolled in its 2011 Negotiated Hotel Rate Program, a 20 percent year-over-year increase from 2010. CCRA also said it is still accepting enrollment applications and allowing hotels to place their properties in front of CCRA’s database of more than 23,000 travel agencies and 55,000 independent agents worldwide.

"Our program continues to grow year after year allowing us to offer hotel choices to our travel agency subscribers while providing unique marketing and distribution opportunities to our hotel partners," said Mai Meyaart, vice president and managing director of CCRA. "While our hotel partners vary from large chains to independent boutique properties, they have one common denominator – they all truly value the business they receive from travel professionals.”

The CCRA Negotiated Hotel Rate Program provides hotels with distribution in both the GDS and CCRATravel.com, CCRA’s hotel booking portal for agents with no access to the GDS. Additionally, the hotel program is distributed through Amadeus’ VacationLink platform, enabling hotels to expand their marketing reach to the Amadeus network of travel agent users. The 2011 Hotel Program fee is $850 per supplier.

CCRA distributes rates for over 160,000 hotels worldwide through its proprietary reservation portal, www.ccratravel.com.
