A&K Promotes Managing Director

Abercrombie & Kent has promoted Scott Wiseman to managing director of the luxury tour operator's North American sales and marketing arm. Wiseman will oversee planning, sales and marketing and touring and operations for the company. Previously, Wiseman served as vice president of marketing for Accor North America and regional vice president of operations and regional director of sales and marketing for GF Management, which operates hotels associated with Hilton, Six Continents, Marriott, Starwood and Radisson. "Since joining A&K in January of 2006, Scott has made a major contribution to the ongoing success of the company," George Morgan-Grenville, chief marketing officer of the A&K companies, said in a statement.
