ABC Global Services Makes Strategic Appointments

ABC Global Services has named Patti Free vice president, business development. Free, who has been with the company since 2010, has expertise in leisure travel and hospitality. She will assume greater responsibility for servicing and growing the company’s customer base.

ABC also named Jason Denney to business development manager, responsible for the Eastern U.S. region. Denney will report to Free.
The moves round out ABC Global Services’ business development group, further extending its global reach to travel agencies and their consultants in key regions across the world, ABC said.

The company’s business development managers (BDMs) also include Julie Majovsky, who covers the Central U.S. region; Nina Mays, responsible for the Western U.S. and Lastenia Suarez, who is responsible for international customers.

Prior to ABC, Free was active in the travel agency marketplace, working directly with individual agencies, agency networks and associations focused on leisure travel. During this time she developed marketing programs, as well as products and services that provided efficiency and value to the leisure travel agent community and its clients.

ABC reports its customer base includes more than 7,000 agency locations throughout 76 countries worldwide and spans traditional mid-size agencies, agency groups, at-home agents, and corporate travel departments – in both corporate and leisure markets. The company books more than six million room nights annually, providing hotel revenues close to one billion dollars (USD).
