Agency Provides 24-hour Emergency Service

Altour has launched a 24-hour emergency phone service to be staffed by in-house employee agents of the independent travel agency. The Altour 24 program provides around-the-clock access to experienced Altour agents in Altour offices in New York, Los Angeles and London when open, or to home-based Altour agents when the principal centers are closed. This service guarantees Altour clients the personalized service for which it is known, at all time. To access Altour 24, clients may call a dedicated, toll-free number, which has been built to expand during emergencies such as severe weather, airline accidents and strikes.
