Global distribution systems (GDS) provide the electronic infrastructure behind travel transactions, and are a valuable tool for all travel professionals. So when a member of AgentNation, Travel Agent's social community online for all kinds of travel agents, asked for help making a decision between two different suppliers, we wanted to help her as well as get some feedback from agents on what makes a difference in choosing their GDS platform.
