Agents Recognized by Montrose Travel

awardMontrose Travel, a $140 million full-service travel and host agency, reports it has inducted a record number of non-selling agents into its Presidents Club. Originally created to honor Montrose Travel's “superstar” sales agents who achieved $1 million in annual sales, the President’s Club has evolved to allow non-sales Associates to be recognized for their achievements.

Over 40 Montrose travel professionals sold over $1 million, the agency reports, as well a record number of non-sales Associates.“In 2011 we selected more non-sales Associates than ever before. The people in this group work incredibly hard and are significant contributors to our continued success. They deserve to be honored just the same as our top selling agents,” said Montrose president Joe McClure.

The Presidents Club was established in 1999. Associates who are named to the Club are rewarded with a all- inclusive vacation with their family and fellow winners.

Montrose Travel is a family owned travel management company in business for 56 years. The agency reports it has grown from 14 employees in 1990 to more than 150 today. Revenues are estimated at  $140 million. Montrose Travel also has a major host agency, for home-based independent agents.
