Amadeus and TravCom, a leading provider of innovative customer relationship management (CRM) and back office solutions, announced the expansion of their current marketing agreement and will now deliver enhanced product integration at preferred rates to travel agencies in Canada.
Canadian agencies will benefit from a deeper product integration between Amadeus’ travel agency solutions together with TravCom’s products: ClientMajic for CRM and TravCom CS for back office accounting. Amadeus and TravCom will also engage in joint marketing activities in Canada as a result of the expanded agreement.

The initial agreement between the two companies in January 2010 brought U.S. travel agencies the same enhanced integration between GDS, CRM and back office functionality as well as preferred pricing.
“Since formalizing our U.S. agreement last year we have developed a close working relationship with Amadeus and have expanded the Amadeus interface capabilities of TravCom CS and ClientMajic. The new capabilities include robust interfaces to Amadeus Tours and to Amadeus Cruise,” said Jack Revel, President, TravCom. The new offer includes pricing benefits for Amadeus travel agency customers in Canada who are migrating to the TravCom products.
