Amadeus and TravCom Sign Agreement, VCom Agents Benefit

Amadeus and TravCom, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and back office solutions, have entered into a marketing agreement to deliver enhanced product integration at preferred rates to U.S. travel agencies. The agreement also extends to all members of Amadeus’ wholly owned subsidiary,

Under the new agreement, Amadeus subscribers in the U.S. can benefit from a greater product integration between Amadeus’ travel agency solutions and TravCom’s products, ClientMajic for CRM and TravCom CS for back office accounting. Amadeus and TravCom also will engage in joint marketing activities as a result of the agreement.

“Agencies in this new economy will have to work smarter than ever. We believe working with Amadeus will help us deliver powerful yet easy-to-use financial tracking and reporting solutions to agencies just when they are needed most,” said Jack Revel, president, TravCom.

For travel agency customers, the agreement will deliver greater automation and efficiencies, improvements in their business workflow, and future opportunities for added content and enhanced functionality, offered along with preferred pricing options.

The new offer including preferred pricing is available to Amadeus and travel agency customers in the U.S. who are currently not TravCom clients. Preferred pricing also will be available to current TravCom customers upon their contract renewal.
