Aqua Hospitality reports the launch of a new website for travel agents, www.AquaTravelAgent.com. The new site is part of the company's recent rebranding efforts and utilizes leading-edge capabilities to help travel agents navigate through Aqua's properties.
Aqua also said its new Q University "QU," a travel agent certification course, is also a component of the site.
"Travel agents are an important link to our customers and we want to help them be as informed and up-to-date as possible about our hotel group," said Elizabeth Churchill, senior vice president of sales and marketing. "We've designed the website to be an easy and interactive tool for agents, so they can stay current with hotel information and ultimately best match Aqua properties to their customers' needs."
One highlight of the site is the new Q University, an online course that allows agents to learn about the company's three hotel brands, key selling points, target markets and Hawaii destination information.
All agents who pass the course are certified as an Aqua Agent Q and entered in a quarterly drawing to win hotel stays.
Travel agents can also access exclusive promotions, such as Booking Bonuses and Q Rewards, a loyalty program formerly known as the Lifestyle Specialist program that enables agents to earn free hotel stays for their bookings. The site features hotel and destination information, as well as a complete library of travel agent resources.
The new travel agent website is part of Aqua Hospitality's recent restructuring of its 23 properties into three distinctive hotel brands. The hotel brands enable Aqua to offer a range of accommodations to suit any budget and include Monogram Hotel Collection, Aqua Hotels & Resorts and Lite Hotels.
