Joanie Ogg, principal of Joanie Ogg Marketing Group, will emphasize the importance of travel professionals understanding their own selling personas and their buyers’ personas.
Symposium attendees are also be invited to a full day at Carnival Cruise Lines’ corporate headquarters in nearby Doral, Fla. Product updates, sales training, lunch, and a tour of the company’s headquarters are part of the agenda during the visit, ARC reports. ARC's “Supplier Speed Dating Roundabout” will give attendees a chance to connect one-on-one with each of the 14 Helix preferred suppliers.
