ARC released a summary of January's Reporting & Settlement results. E-tickets settled by ARC in the four processing weeks in January accounted for a record 90.3 percent of all sales reported and settled in January. Domestic and international fares both grew by 9 percent year over year, with total fares exceeding $4.3 billion for the four-week month. Total sales (fares plus taxes) finished the month just below $5 billion, while also exceeding the same month a year ago by 9 percent. Average sales per ARC accredited location rose to more than $56,000 in January, which was 15 percent more than at the beginning of 2005.
