ASTA to Launch Virtual Seminars Next Week

The American Society of Travel Agents has assembled a series of online education seminars that will focus on such topics as creating long-term growth, how to avoid making a bad hire and improving customer service to impact a business' bottom line. "Travel agents and suppliers who participate in these types of seminars will see both immediate and long-term results," said Cheryl Hudak, president and CEO of ASTA. "It's an easy way for businesses to invest in their employees and their future." The first seminar, "Red Flags You're About to Make a Bad Hire," will be presented by Barry Deutsch, and take place on Tuesday, October 23 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Eastern time. There is no limit to the number of participants, but the cost of registration varies by seminar.
