Auto Europe Streamlines Commission Payments

travel agentAuto Europe reports it now offers travel agents the ability to conveniently receive commissions by transfers increasing the efficiency and timeliness of payments. 

To enroll in electronic commission payments, agents can simply log in to the secured travel agent section, located at download instructions for submitting their banking and routing information.

Once enrolled, Auto Europe says, payments are transferred once a month, at no cost, fifteen days after the client completes rental services.  Reporting is sent with the transfer to match the reservations that are being commissioned.

Another convenient tool offered by Auto Europe is the “Global Agent” program, allowing agents and agencies the opportunity to sell international car rental services through an online solution.

Auto Europe says agents can quote, book, modify, look-up vouchers and add payment to existing reservations along with having the ability to view real-time production reports. 

Travel professionals have the ability to make reservations with access to all the details such as location information (address, hours of operation), SIPP codes and detailed insurance information. 

Reservations made through Global Agent are fully commissionable.  The agency also has the ability to review real-time production reports that can be viewed online and offer a detailed breakdown of agency/agent reservations and commissions.
