America's Vacation Center (AVC) announced details of its National Conference for its network of independent affiliates, entitled "Go for the Gold!" The five-day event will be held on both land and sea in conjunction with Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas inaugural, and will bring together hundreds of AVC agents.
"The 2009 National Conference is an opportunity for our Independent Affiliates to learn from each other and hear from top visionaries in the travel industry," said Brad Anderson, co-president of America's Vacation Center. "Following the overwhelming success of our first National Conference last year, we are tremendously excited to get our elite network of independent agency owners together to share success stories, have fun, and increase incomes."
"Go for the Gold!" will be held from November 20 to November 24 in Fort Lauderdale. The conference's land component extends from November 20 to November 22. On Sunday, November 22, attendees will board the brand new Oasis of the Seas for its inaugural sailing. While onboard, America's Vacation Center independent affiliates will have the opportunity to attend special events and meeting with the host agency's executives.
