Sue Ratliff, owner of Sea the World Cruises & Tours, an Independent Agency of Avoya, is to be awarded the 2013 American Express Representative Pacemaker Award for her contributions to the travel industry, her top sales performance and unsurpassed customer service. The event will take place at the Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, Turkey, June 17 – 21, and will recognize Ratliff and all Pacesetter winners.

They are chosen on the merits of their unsurpassed customer service, sales performance, participation in the travel agent community, and commitment to delivering extraordinary travel experiences.
