Avoya Travel reports it has been named ‘Online Travel Agency of the Year’ by Norwegian Cruise Line. This is the fifth time Norwegian has recognized Avoya with one of its ‘Travel Agency of the Year’ awards and the first time Avoya has received the ‘Online Travel Agency of the Year’ honor.
The ‘Online Travel Agency of the Year’ award acknowledged Avoya’s ability to generate customer demand for Norwegian Cruise Line through its Live Leads and Avoya Advantage programs. The initiatives help find new customers through online marketing and matching them with travel professionals in Avoya’s independent agency network, Avoya notes.
With the Avoya Advantage, independent agencies have access to technology, exclusive offers, and American Express Travel benefits to provide customers value, Avoya says. The company also recently launched new in-person educational programs through its Avoya Academy initiative.
