Avoya Travel / American Express reports its 2012 National Conference will be held for its network of independent agencies onboard Holland America's Nieuw Amsterdam, December 2 - 9, 2012. The conference will serve as a platform to launch new programs that differentiate Avoya in the market place, the host agency said.
Onboard the Nieuw Amsterdam's 7-night Caribbean sailing, the program will feature professional development sessions, participation from industry leaders, meetings with supplier partners and Avoya Travel Executives and award recognition for independent agencies.
During the conference, Avoya will also share new strategies for its Live Leads program, focus on how to leverage the power of the American Express brand and announce enhancements for its Agent Power software.
"Avoya's 2012 National Conference will concentrate on enhancing the customer experience while improving the results for our Independent Agencies and supplier partners," said Brad Anderson, co-president of Avoya Travel.
The 2012 National Conference will be Avoya's fifth annual convention, which has been previously held onboard Norwegian Cruise Line's Epic in 2011, Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas in 2010 and 2009 and Celebrity Cruises' Solstice in 2008.
