Avoya Travel has been named Royal Caribbean's 2014 Loyal to Royal Online Partner of the Year.
The award recognized the company's enhanced customer experience, innovative website and top sales achievements, Avoya said in a release. This is the fourth time Royal Caribbean has recognized Avoya with a Partner of the Year award and the first time Avoya has won the Online Partner of the Year honor.
Through the company’s Live Leads and Avoya Advantage programs, Avoya matches travelers with experts in its Independent Agency network. Through Avoya, Independent Agencies have access to technology, travel deals, and American Express Travel benefits.
Avoya also recently received Celebrity Cruises’ Chairman’s Award. Royal Caribbean’s Online Partner of the Year award is part of the cruise line’s Loyal to Royal Partners of the Year recognition for top performing partners.
