CCRA to Upgrade Hotel Booking Engine for Travel Agents

CCRA has announced that it will significantly overhaul the look, functionality and user experience of its hotel booking engine for travel agents, set to re-launch this winter.

Notable enhancements include:

  • New image-centric and modern look
  • Richer hotel descriptions and direct access to traveler reviews
  • Easy to read at-a-glance information – including hotel rates, commissions and best value offers
  • Faster navigation and improved hotel sorting capabilities
  • New mapping features – to quickly identify property locations in relation to points of interest
  • An increased hotel inventory as CCRA’s preferred hotel partners continue to grow
  • More flexible payment options
  • Continued offering of extensive customer support and regular portal training sessions
