beach footprintTwo Stays Pays. That’s the gist of a summer travel promotion launched by Choice Hotels International. This summer, guests who are members of the Choice Privileges rewards program, register for the promotion and take two separate qualifying trips at any of the more than 5,500 participating Choice Hotels properties will earn enough bonus Choice Privileges rewards points to redeem for a $50 gift card for a participating restaurant, retail store, or gas station.

Participating Choice Hotels brands include Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion and Cambria Suites as well as Ascend Hotel Collection member hotels. Trips with MainStay Suites, Suburban Extended Stay Hotel, Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn brand hotels are also eligible, provided each trip is a minimum of two consecutive nights.

There’s no limit to the number of $50 gift cards Choice Privileges members can earn during this promotion, Choice says. “We introduced ‘Two Stays Pays’ last summer, and our guests responded so enthusiastically that we’re bringing it back by popular demand,” said Greg Brown, vice president of loyalty, promotion and relationship marketing for Choice Hotels.

To qualify, travelers must be members of the Choice Privileges rewards program, register before their first trip at and make their reservations at or through 800.4CHOICE. After their second qualifying trip with arrival between May 23 and August 21, 2013, members will earn enough Choice Privileges points to redeem for a $50 gift card until November 1, 2013.
