Collette Family Vacations plans to introduce a more “kid-friendly” micro-site, which can be accessed fromCollette’s main website
under the “Family Tours” tab. The new micro-site will also make it convenient for travel agents to quickly access itineraries and departure dates for their clients interested in embarking on a family vacation.
Collette Vacations’ President and CEO Daniel Sullivan, Jr. said the move added to the company’s growing segment of tours which includes its mainstream Collette tours; the Explorations brand of small group tours; and the Smithsonian Journeys Travel Adventures educational tours.
There will be several itineraries specifically designed for Family Vacations in destinations such as London, Paris andCosta Rica

Since Collette Family Vacations are geared toward parents and grandparents traveling with children, Collette will add a variety of value components to the new brand, which include child rates up to 50 percent off adult rates for children (14 and under); child rates that apply even with only one accompanying adult; and itineraries designed to keep all generations engaged.
In addition, travel agents will also be able to use many of the shared services that Collette Vacations offers, including complimentary roundtrip home to airport sedan service, No worries cancellation waiver, and guaranteed departure dates.
