Continental and US Helicopter Enter Codeshare Agreement

Effective immediately, Continental Airlines has placed its "CO" code on US Helicopter flights that operate between Manhattan heliports and Continental's flights at Newark Liberty International Airport, allowing for single itineraries and boarding passes, as well as baggage service checked through to a customer's final destination. The codeshare agreement helps to simplify the booking process and the communication of itinerary between the two companies, said Mark Erwin, senior vice president of Asia/Pacific and corporate development for Continental. "Customers traveling on connecting itineraries are able to have single check-in for all flights, including the issuance of boarding passes and baggage checked through to their final destination," he said. Check-in service for such flights are available at Continental's web site, airport kiosks or with a US Helicopter or Continental ticket agent. Visit [www.continental.com].
