CruiseShipCenters Expects 400 Agents

Jan Swartz, Executive Vice President Sales and Customer Service for Princess Cruises, will be one of the keynote speakers at Expedia CruiseShipCenters' Cruise to Success event during the Cruise Lines International Association’s (CLIA) Cruise3Sixty conference next month in Vancouver. Attendees will also hear from Michael Hirsh, Senior Vice President Sales for Oceania Cruises and Alex Sharpe, Vice President for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

In addition to improving their sales and product knowledge, the seminar will also prepare Expedia CruiseShipCenters (CSC) agents for our upcoming Princess Cruises 1 Day Sale which brought in $14.9 Million in bookings last year.

A panel of industry experts will also share their thoughts and tips on how to find and keep Customers For Life, including Carnival Cruise Lines’ Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Joni Rein and Celebrity Cruises’ Vice President National, Corporate & Incentives Sales, Jeff Clarke.

CSC says Cruise3Sixty is a must-attend event for cruise specialists and urges CSC agents to attend. Product and destination workshops will include how to create Customers For Life and Making Money with Your Website.

Expedia CruiseShipCenters’ CEO & Founder, Michael Drever will also moderate a session on how travel agents can take advantage of the hottest new marketing tool today: Social Media.

Agents who can’t make the show are urged to attend CSC’s upcoming webinars.
