Expedia CruiseShipCenters reports it has revamped all of its agent's customized personalized websites to create a travel shopping experience for their clients. Customers can now book all of their travel online says Pat Heathfield, sales manager.

Each of CruiseShipCenters' Consultants have their own Customizable Personal Website complete with their photo, contact details and "About Me" page to illustrate their expertise and testimonials from customers. The permission-based email newsletters are also personalized to the client and link back to the consultant's personal website to help build relationships with clients.
With detailed descriptions for every cruise line and destination, customers can learn what to expect onboard with an overview of accommodations, activities, amenities, dining, cuisine and kids programs.
Photo galleries will allow customers to browse through the most popular itineraries. Videos and exclusive offers are featured.
A new land vacations section has been added allowing customers to book their air, car, hotel and shore excursion options online.
