I’m baaaaaack—with thanks to all of my new friends at Luxury Travel Expo. Because of your enthusiastic response to our program last year, we got an invite for your 2011 conference. And am I excited! Last year, we delivered our popular program “Hell Hath No Fury Like a Customer Scorned” at the general session on our famous five forbidden phrases. And later that day, we presented our sales program “The A-Z of Sales”—26 great tips to help you be even better.
So, what’s this year all about? Well, since we had such good luck with our programs that had a “number” in it, we figured we’d deliver (drumroll, please) “Seven Traits that Define a Dynamic, Successful Luxury Agent” as part of Tuesday afternoon’s general session and present “10 Diamonds of Knowledge” during Thursday morning’s Power Hour.
To whet your appetite and get you in the mood, be assured we’ll bring the same enthusiastic, energetic and humorous flavor to the proceedings, as well as, of course, our usual in-your-face inter-action with the audience. The good news is that we will have a few new jokes to share and more prizes to give away during both programs (although, sadly, due to circumstances beyond my control, the pole dance has been canceled).
The better news is that both of our 2011 programs will inspire and motivate you to go above and beyond the great customer service you already deliver. You’ll be laughing, and learning tips, skills, techniques and ideas that you can use immediately and forever. If we haven’t hit your funny bone yet, well... let’s just say we have a few surprises in store for you.
