Ensemble Travel Group has retained two new business development directors: Kim Specht and Julia Block. The two new staffers round out a five-person team in the U.S. which is responsible for supporting current members as well as recruiting new agencies to the organization.
“[Kim and Julia's] goals are strictly focused on helping our existing members skillfully and successfully increase their business, as well as securing new, qualified travel sellers into the Ensemble fold,” says Lindsay Pearlman, executive vice president and general manager of Ensemble Travel Group.
Specht spent nearly three years at Virtuoso in member sales and service prior to joining Ensemble. Her industry experience includes six years in corporate sales for the Posadas Hotels & Resorts brand and district sales manager posts for Super Clubs, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Line.
Block has previously held positions at Holland America Line, Oceania, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Viking Line, and Carnival Cruise Line as well as with Digital Seas International, Elite Golf Cruises and, most recently, with World Travel Holdings where she was recruitment manager for Cruises Inc.
