Ensemble Travel Group reports it honored its Top 25 producers in the U.S. and Canada with a celebration at The Westin Golf Resort & Spa, Playa Conchal in Costa Rica, May 28-June 2. The group of 123 travel professionals included Ensemble’s top producing members, sponsoring suppliers, and guests.
Selection criteria was based on members’ 2012 sales performance with Ensemble Travel Group’s network of preferred suppliers.
The annual celebration included several member-only executive business meetings, led by Co-Presidents Libbie Rice and Lindsay Pearlman.
Among the topics for discussion were current marketplace trends, North American strategies, new initiatives, and best business practices.
Marketing Vice President Georganne Shirk and Technology Senior Director Marc Jacobsen also provided updates on their respective areas, including previews of new initiatives to be launched at the 2013 Ensemble Travel Group conference set for Oct. 31-Nov. 4 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO.
The program featured several informal discussion sessions for members that focused on Ensemble’s air, cruise, land, and On Location programs and a supplier-only session to update and gain feedback from participating sponsors on Ensemble initiatives.
