Gap Adventures on Thursday officially named Ron Dreyer its national sales manager for U.S. operations.
Dreyer, who will be based in Florida, will oversee a group of regional sales managers located in major cities around the nation. He will develop new staff and work with travel partners within the U.S., ensuring that agents fully understand the company's existing and new products.
"Ron's extensive knowledge of building, mentoring, and coaching sales teams in the travel industry made him an obvious choice to drive our industry relations efforts," said Cyndi Zesk, U.S. general manager at Gap Adventures.
Dreyer previously worked at Langham Hotels International, where he served as regional sales manager and worked from Chicago. He has also worked for Marriott International, where he managed global travel relationships. Dreyer said Gap Adventures' culture, ambition and energy led him to take his career to Florida.
