Innovative Travel Acquisitions, Inc., based in Alpharetta, GA, has completed the firm's 515th closing transaction since their inception in 1991 with the sale of Tampa-based MotivationAdvantage, Inc., a corporate incentive company with many Fortune 500 clients, to publicly traded Domark International.

Motivation Advantage, Inc. president Susan Winfield will stay involved under a five-year employment contract. Net earnings in 2008 for Motivation Advantage were reported at $411,000, according to Innovative Travel Acquisitions, Inc., president Bob Sweeney.

Sweeney reports that the inventory of sellers looking to exit the industry is growing daily. Known as the “Matchmakers for the Tour and Travel Industries” Innovative Travel Acquisitions, Inc. operates a confidential platform discreetly linking buyers and sellers of only tour and travel related businesses throughout the world.
