Industry Heavyweights Release Travel Agent Success Series

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, BaliExecutive members of Starwood Hotels, Celebrity Cruises and TravelSafe Insurance have sponsored the Travel Agent Success Series, a 10-hour training program available on five DVDs, each complemented by an accompanying workbook. Produced by travel industry veterans Mike Marchev, Nolan W. Burris, Richard Earls, Scott Koepf and Stuart L. Cohen, the educational and motivational program provides business principles in sales, marketing, social connection, group sales and customer service.

Starwood Hotel’s vice president global retail leisure & luxury sales Chris J. Austin, Celebrity Cruises’ senior vice president of sales Dondra Ritzenthaler, and TravelSafe Insurance’s president Scott D. Perfetto sponsored the program together. Presented before a live audience of travel professionals as captured, the speakers give a two-hour program in his specific field. Separated into eight segments, each DVD has on-screen notes to highlight and illustrate key points. In addition, the accompanying workbook reinforces the learning process while furthering elements for agents to take away.

The series is available through the series' site, Individual modules are available for $24.95, or in a box set to be for online viewing or downloading. Alternately, all five speakers are available for $99. Or, each module is also available in a DVD boxed set with printed workbook and bonus discs for $179.
