Kimpton Hotels Announces New CEO

Kimpton Hotels and Restaurant Group announced Michael Depatie as its new chief executive officer. Depatie, 49, formerly worked as the boutique hotel chain's president. He succeeds Tom LaTour, 62, who joined the company in 1983. Kimpton Hotels and Restaurant Group [www.kimptonhotels.com] owns and manages a portfolio of 40 hotels in 12 states and Canada. It has 10 additional projects in various stages of development.
