Koepf Quits NACTA, Joins AVC

Scott Koepf, president of the National Association of Career Travel Agents (NACTA) resigned and joined America’s Vacation Center/Avoya Travel as vice president of sales. With over 25 years of experience in retail travel, Koepf will grow the agency’s network of travel professionals, develop new sales, training and coaching programs. AVC is a host agency and part of the American Express Representative Network.

Prior to joining AVC, Koepf served as president of NACTA (a division of ASTA) since 2008, and held positions with Sabre Holdings as general manager of host agency Nexion. He was also president of Cruise Holidays International.

“Scott has resigned to pursue other interests in the travel industry. He is a recognized expert on leisure travel marketing and sales and the retail travel industry in general which has made him a great asset to NACTA and instrumental in its complete makeover,” said ASTA president and chair, Chris Russo.
