Market Metrix Releases First-Quarter Results

Market Metrix has released the results of its latest Market Metrix Hospitality Index, and Drury Inns, JetBlue Airways and Enterprise Rent-A-Car took the top spots for customer satisfaction in the hotel, airline, and rental-car segments, respectively. This is the first time that Drury Inns has earned first place in a Market Metrix index for customer satisfaction for the hotel industry. The family-owned company builds, owns and operates all of its properties. A sampling of other selections includes Ritz-Carlton taking top honors in the luxury hotel category, Walt Disney World Resorts placing first for upper upscale hotels and SpringHill Suites tops among upscale hotels.
