MAST Details Plans for Fall Trade Show

Registration is open for MAST Sales Sensation to be held at the Drury Lane Theatre and Conference Center, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, November 18, according to MAST’s president and COO, John Werner.

The event will feature new exhibitors, one-to-one training  and a presentation by Zane Kerby, president and CEO of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).

MAST said  the education focus this year is on destination knowledge with seminars featuring the Pacific Islands of Hawaii, Tahiti, and Fiji; the rivers of Central Europe; Highlights of South America and Cancun and the Mexican Caribbean.

Crystal Cruises will present a seminar on the value of luxury cruising. The agenda  includes a total of 19 seminars with opportunities for hands on training, MAST said. 

This year’s destination  seminar focuses on Southeast Asia, which will be presented by SITA World Tours, MAST reports.  
One -to-one training includes a ClientBase Café offering MAST members the opportunity to have their individual questions answered and functionality issues addressed by ClientBase Certified Consultants. Workstations will be set up for product demos and live training, MAST said.
There will also be an Apple Vacations Café.
